This is an online survey sponsored by the Kaua'i County Government and the East Kaua'i Drug Prevention Education Team (EKDPET). It is totally anonymous, so you don't need to give your name. The Holomua after school program continues at Kapaa Middle School and nearly 200 student participants are using the Mentor Ohana software system to track their progress and contribute their opinions to make Holomua a success. Mahalo everyone for your support!
