Kaua'i Public Survey on Underage Drinking

This is an online survey sponsored by the Kaua'i County Government and the East Kaua'i Drug Prevention Education Team (EKDPET).  It is totally anonymous, so you don't need to give your name.  Please be honest as the information we gather can really help make our island a better place to live and raise a family.  It's a short survey and we appreciate your help.  Mahalo!

Breathe Research Inc. (BRI) is an exciting company working to improve health and lifestyles through a better understanding of your own breath.  As most of you know, we are in the process of building a software breathing application for online websites and the iPhone.

We would love your help in telling us what you would like on it?  You will be able to hear and see your breath in real time and be able to save the session as well.
